Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item. If you ordered several items as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last partial delivery.

by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

After submitting your statement using this function, you will immediately receive confirmation on the website and, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, generally by email, containing the content of your statement and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of the Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Please contact us in advance at support@levans-shop.de so that we can correctly allocate your return. This is an organisational request and does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

Loss in Value

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only where that loss results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Unsealed Hygiene Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to our originally sealed dog snacks: if the packaging seal has been removed after receipt of the goods, the right of withdrawal is excluded.
