Horse is one of the less commonly used animal protein sources and may be a novel protein for dogs that have not eaten horse before. Horse is the only animal protein source in this chew. The horse bone is gently air-dried and undergoes no further processing. It is grain-free, contains no additives and has a high crude protein content of 71.5%. Natural traces of meat may still be visible on the bone, making it even more interesting for your dog.

Available as one XL bone with a nominal net weight of 900 g. As this is a natural product, the size and shape of the bone may vary.

An XL horse bone is not an everyday snack but an intensive chewing activity. Due to its size, it is particularly suitable for large to very large dogs weighing approximately 25 kg or more.

For safe chewing enjoyment

Choose a chew bone appropriate for your dog’s size and chewing behaviour.
Only offer the bone under supervision.
Check it regularly while your dog is chewing and remove it if larger pieces come loose or sharp edges develop.
Remove a small remaining piece before it becomes small enough to swallow.
Always provide fresh drinking water.
For dogs with known dental problems, seek veterinary advice before offering the bone.

Für unseren 29 Kilo schweren Allergiker ist es gar nicht so leicht, eine passende Kaubeschäftigung zu finden. Mit dem Pferdeknochen ist er endlich einmal richtig lange und begeistert beschäftigt.

Our shepherd was immediately impressed by the size. The bone keeps him busy much longer than his usual chews, and we always let him enjoy it of course under supervision. ;)
